View productsSome places never leave us. A signature hole. A landmark on the skyline. The arena on the night it mattered. The achievement that earned its place on the wall. Lytebeam makes them last.
The wood is chosen for its grain, its tone, and how it ages. The etching is precise to the line. Every contour is intentional, every shadow placed with reason. Nothing is decorative for its own sake.
About the processYes. You do not need a wholesale account to order. Clubs, organizations, and individuals can request any piece as a one-off. Just send an inquiry and we will quote it. Wholesale accounts exist only for trade pricing and Net 30 terms on repeat volume.
Retail pricing is listed on each product page. Approved wholesale accounts receive trade pricing. Custom and large-format pieces are quoted to your project based on size, detail, and finish.
Shipping is free within Ontario. HST is added to all orders. Each piece ships in protective packaging with tracking.
Most pieces ship in three to four weeks from artwork approval. Smaller items are often two to three weeks, and large-format work can take up to six. The lead time for each piece is listed on its product page.
You can attach your files directly to the contact form, or we can work from architectural plans, hole diagrams, or reference photos. We send a digital proof for your approval before anything is etched.

Custom etched art for the places and experiences that stay with us. Golf courses. Arenas. Hotels. Landmarks. Corporate spaces. Rendered with the precision of the original, made to last.
There are places that don't leave us. The course played a hundred times and still memorized hole by hole. The arena the night the goal went in. The seat the moment the ball cleared the wall. The bridge in a city we barely knew but never forgot.
Lytebeam gives these places and experiences a form worthy of how we hold them, etched in wood, rendered with the precision of the original, and made to last.
The wood is chosen for its grain, its tone, and how it ages. The etching is precise to the line. Every contour is intentional, every shadow placed with reason. Nothing is decorative for its own sake.
The piece is what the place is, translated into wood and light.
For wholesale partners, the work is taken end to end. For custom and one-off commissions, every detail is reviewed with the client before the first pass of the laser.
We work from the source each subject knows best — architect's plans, aerial photographs, hole diagrams, or client-supplied imagery.
Every file is prepared by hand. Vector artwork is reviewed for accuracy and translated to the grain and tone of the chosen wood.
A digital proof is submitted before production begins. Because there is only one first pass of the laser, we don't skip this step.
Material selection, etching, finishing, and packaging. Each piece is inspected. Shipped in protective packaging with tracking.
Lytebeam works with sports memorabilia, hotels, and the landmarks that give a destination its name. A cathedral. A skyline at dusk. A shoreline that has been painted a hundred times.
Every commission is finished to a single standard, whether the order is one piece or fifty.

We collect the information you choose to give us when you submit a form or contact us. Through our wholesale application and contact forms this may include your name, business or organization name, job title, email address, phone number, website, estimated order volume, product interests, and the contents of any message you send.
When you place or discuss an order, we may also collect billing and shipping details needed to fulfill it.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, review and process wholesale applications, prepare quotes, produce and ship orders, and communicate with you about your account, projects, and orders.
With your consent, we may occasionally send you product updates or other information we think will interest you. You can opt out of these messages at any time, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate our business: with service providers who help us run the site and our operations (for example, our website host and form processor, Netlify), and with shipping carriers and payment processors to fulfill orders.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
By submitting a form, you consent to our collecting and using your information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual limits, by contacting us.

These terms govern your use of lytebeam.ca and any order or wholesale relationship with Lytebeam ("Lytebeam," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, submitting a form, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Lytebeam produces custom laser-etched wood pieces. Because each piece is made to order from natural wood, variations in grain, tone, and finish are inherent to the material and are not defects. Images on the site are representative; your finished piece will be unique.
Wholesale pricing and terms are available only to approved accounts. We review applications at our discretion and may request additional information. Wholesale pricing is confidential and provided for your business use only. We may suspend or close an account that misuses pricing or breaches these terms.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, or 30 days if no period is given. An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing. We may decline or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, inability to source materials, or content we consider unlawful or infringing.
Production begins only after you approve a digital proof. Because there is one first pass of the laser, approving the proof is your confirmation that the artwork, spelling, dimensions, and layout are correct.
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and any artwork setup fees unless stated otherwise. Approved wholesale accounts may be offered Net 30 payment terms; all other orders are payable as set out in the quote or invoice. Late balances may pause production or future orders.
If you supply logos, images, plans, or other content, you confirm that you own or have permission to use them and that they do not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us the right to use that content solely to produce your order. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you supply and approve.
Lytebeam retains all rights in its own designs, templates, renderings, and production methods. Nothing in an order transfers those rights to you.
Lead times are estimates measured from proof approval and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or damage in transit, though we will help you pursue a claim.
Because pieces are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once proof approval is given, and custom pieces are not returnable except where they arrive defective or materially different from the approved proof.
If a piece is defective or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion. This is your sole remedy for such issues.
We warrant that our work will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Except for that warranty, our products and the site are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Lytebeam's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify Lytebeam against claims, losses, and costs arising from content you supply or from your breach of these terms, including any claim that your supplied artwork infringes a third party's rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site or placement of new orders means you accept the current terms.
